Charlotte is the Pastoral Support and EDI Coordinator in the European Institute (EI).

Charlotte is the EDI contact in the EI and is responsible for applying EDI principles within the EI and supporting the EI to meet its EDI goals, in line with the LSE2030 strategy and LSE’s Inclusive Education Action Plan. She also participates in EDI work across the school, including in her role as Policy Manager for DAWN, LSE’s Disability and Wellbeing Staff Network.

Charlotte is the Pastoral Support contact in the EI. Charlotte is trained as an LSE Safe Contact (Anti-Bullying, Harassment, and Sexual Violence) and a Mental Health First Aider. She holds thrice weekly office hours that are available to book through the Student Hub. In this role Charlotte also supports with Exams and Assessments processes related to support during assessments (e.g. extensions, deferrals, exceptional circumstances).

Charlotte is also an alumnus of the EI, having completed her MSc degree in International Migration and Public Policy in 2022!
