Speaking from his experience as Germany‘s Ambassador to the United Nations in New York, to the US in Washington and, as of 2018, to the Court of St. James in the UK, Ambassador Peter Wittig will speak about the British and German perspectives on Europe in a future world which will most probably be dominated by the USA and increasingly China. He will make the case for continued close cooperation as partners within the West in upholding the international liberal order and its multilateral organisations.
