Sirid Boehm

I started my career in strategy consulting right after having finished my studies at the EI and joined Accenture, where I had the opportunity to work together with clients from different industries and a lot of amazing colleagues from around the world.

Since I’ve always had a passion for diversity, I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to combine my professional experience with my passion. I joined Global Digital Women in 2021, creating a unique consulting approach focusing at the intersection of business strategy and diversity, equity and inclusion. During the past year, I have been working together with over 20 companies and supported them with their strategic approach towards DE&I. 

Global Digital Women is the leading diversity company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We work to accelerate gender equality, connect women worldwide and give female role models cross-industry visibility. With ACI Consulting, we specialize on strategic consultancy of companies with regards to diversity, equity and inclusion. We accompany our clients holistically on their path to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, identifying business needs and potential, developing tailored strategies and supporting the implementation of corresponding diversity measures.

I love thinking back to my time at the LSE. It was such a great experience and I did not only grow academically and personally but also made some very close friends.
