Zixin Wang is a PhD Economics candidate in the Department of Economics. His main fields of interest are political economy and economic history. His current research focuses on the selection and promotion of political elites in China.
Originally from China, he holds an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics (with distinction) from LSE, and a BSc in Mathematics with Finance (with first class honours) from University of Liverpool.
