Jeongkyung is a MRes/PhD student in Economics at the LSE. His areas of interest span development economics, environmental economics, Korean economic history, and economic geography.

Prior to starting his PhD, he worked as a predoctoral researcher with development economists at the LSE on the South Korea’s growth miracle project.

Jeongkyung has a BSc and MSc in Economics from Sogang University in South Korea. His areas of interest span development economics, environmental economics, Korean economic history, and economic geography.
