Dimitris is an MRes/PhD Economics student in the Department of Economics. He obtained a BSc in Mathematics and a MSc in Philosophy of Science at the University of Athens. He then completed a PhD in Philosophy (of Physics) at the University of Western Ontario, followed by an MPhil in Economics at the University of Athens.

Dimitris' decision to pursue economics results from the desire to better understand the workings of modern world after the recent global financial crisis. His research interests include monetary economics, and behavioural economics.
