Evaluation of the Out-of-Hospital Care Models (OOHCM) Programme for people experiencing homelessness 

The Out-of-Hospital Care Model has released its summary and full research report, now available for download. This initiative continues to advance tools and discussions aimed at enhancing out-of-hospital care, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions.
