Yael Nevo

With over 20 years of experience in gender work and study, Yael Nevo’s exceptional work in supporting organisations to achieve gender equity and diversity through strategy, policy, and training has led to tangible and sustainable change. Yael believes that a gender-based shift in the values that drive our institutions and workplaces is what’s needed to create a better society for all.

Currently, she acts as Senior Consultant at Green Park’s DICE practice, Founding Director of Gender Rise and In-House Gender Equality Advisor to LSE Generate. Her work focuses on the creation and monitoring of strategic and action-oriented research, policy and training that creates sustainable change, enabling all genders to thrive. Throughout her impressive career, she has collaborated with UNDP, GIZ, Amnesty International, Virgin StartUp and The Guardian, among others.

Yael’s unique approach to gender sets her apart as it explores how gender dynamics impact all gender groups in different ways alongside an analysis of organisational culture, policy and legal aspects. Through this, she challenges mainstream approaches towards gender and inspires new ways of approaching gender work, as well as wider equality, equity and sustainability aspects.
