This is a photograph of Mama and Baba from my host home during a volunteering placement in Zanzibar with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO). Taken on the last evening I spent with them, at their family “shamba” (farm), this captures the warmth and love that the family gave me over the 3 months I spent with them.
