PhD Topic: Designing around gendered decisions to delegate tasks

Anisha’s research focuses on how behavioural insights can help organisations create inclusive policies that can transform well-being in the modern workplace. Specifically, her research looks at understanding and overcoming the behavioural consequences of gender differences that can affect professional advancement.

Anisha holds an MSc in Social Cognition from University College London (UCL) and a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU). Anisha has over a decade of work experience designing and testing behavioural interventions for international development. Anisha worked as a Vice President with the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Kenya, Practitioner-in-Residence at MIT GOV/LAB, IFMR LEAD in India and occasionally taught Behavioral Experiments for International Development at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
