Andrianos Apostolou’s study of interest revolves around the importance of culture and institutions in microeconomic transactions, but also in the macroeconomic development of societies. He is currently enrolled in MSc Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Furthermore, he holds a MA in Economics from the University of Glasgow. His research is primarily focused on Cyprus, using game-theorical principles to model the cultural causes and economic effects of distrust that arise from the division of Greek and Turkish Cypriots, along with the cultural and demographic shifts that occurred during the period 1960-1973 through historiographical sources.
