Q: What do you like most about your work?

The diversity: so many different things to work on and deal with daily. And we may be a small team, but we are definitely busy bees!

Q: What is your favourite place on campus?

That would be the Centre Building’s 6th floor terrace. Great view and very convenient for a short break!

Q: Who inspires you the most?

My grandmother. She was one of the strongest, most compassionate and helping persons I have ever met in my life. She worked hard and achieved a lot for her family. I was blessed to have her in my life and hopefully I have taken a bit after her.

Q: What advice would you give to your 22-year-old self?

Just enjoy the ride. You may not end up where you imagine, but you will definitely end up where you are supposed to.

Q: If you could have dinner with a famous Greek person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

It would probably be Melina Mercouri, one of the most fascinating Greek women of all times. Actress, activist, politician. A strong and passionate woman, a striking personality. The things she lived and the stories she could share! I am sure it would be an unforgettable dinner!

Q: How do you relax? With a book, a TV show, music?

Depending on the mood, though music always does the trick. Nowadays, because of the screen fatigue, I enjoy reading more than watching TV shows.

Q: What activities have you taken up since COVID-19 and the restrictions?

Walking, walking and a bit of walking. Especially in the beginning of the pandemic, when we had the weather on our side, we walked our way through London, discovered new places and areas while burning a few calories along the way!
