In this session, we will cover the changes to the workplace owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the potential changes we expect to see in the future, and the UTOPIA framework, which we developed for the future of financial and professional services.

Meet our speakers

Jasmine Virhia is Postdoctoral Researcher in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has a background in cognitive neuroscience and is passionate about investigating how to create inclusive work cultures. Her current research investigates the link between diversity and productivity.

Yolanda Blavo is Research Officer in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative, LSE. She co-developed and is the Head Tutor for the Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science LSE Online Course, designed for HR, DEI, and talent management professionals who would like to promote inclusivity in their organisations.
