Meet our speaker and chair
Cally Beaton (@callybeaton) is a keynote speaker, comedian, business leader, podcaster and writer and has held senior positions at some of the worlds biggest media companies. She set up a creative consultancy company, Road Trip Media, and did a ten-year stint as Senior Vice-President at ViacomCBS. There she oversaw a multi-million dollar budget for brands including Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central and Paramount. In 2021, Cally launched Namaste Motherf**kers, where the worlds of comedy, self-help and business collide.
Grace Lordan (@profgracelordan) is the author of Think Big, the Director of The Inclusion Initiative and Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her academic writings have been published in top international journals and she has written for the Financial Times, Fortune, Fast Company and Harvard Business Review.
