Bukolika Piano Trio

Hosted by the LSE Arts Lunchtime Concert Series

As one of the leading ensembles of their generation, the Bukolika Piano Trio is recognized for their intensely expressive music making, personal character of playing and exceptional virtuosity. Established in 2014, the trio has performed in major venues in the UK (including Wigmore Hall and St Martin-in-the Fields) as well as leading concert halls around Europe.

Since having been selected for the St John's Smith Square Young Artists Scheme, the Trio has been a regular guest on BBC Radio 3 and made their appearance on London TV. They regularly give masterclasses and perform at music festivals. They were chamber coaches at the Dartington Summer School and Festival in years 2016-2019 and were selected to participate in the prestigious Britten-Pears residency programme in 2020.

The next lunchtime concert is on Thursday 10 March and will be performed by Irène Duval (violin) and Ariel Lanyi (piano).
