LSE COVID-19 blog published on Ed Glaeser's contribution at the Localising Transport Urban Age Debate

Edward Glaeser is the Fred and Eleanor Glimp Professor of Economics in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University and speaker at the Localising Transport Urban Age Debate, which took play on 20 May 2021. Ed's contributions to the debate have been published in the LSE COVID-19 blog; he argues that the concept of the 15-minute city should be recognised as a dead end which would stop cities from fulfilling their true role as engines of opportunity.
