Tracy Kuo Lin is a health economist by training and Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of California, San Francisco.

She is Research Consultant working on an MEC collaboration project with Birzeit University on re-conceptualising health in wars and conflicts, with a specific focus on the occupied Palestinian territory.
