Eleonora Montuschi is Professor of Philosophy of Science in the Department of Philosophy, University of Venice Ca' Foscari, and director of TIPS/Trust in Philosophy and Science research centre (https://www.unive.it/web/en/7380/home). Her area of research covers epistemological and applied questions of science, natural and social. In particular she works on objectivity (scientific and social); scientific evidence and its use in social debate and policy making; scientific experts, democratic institutions and engaged citizenship.
