Michael La Cour will in this lecture discuss the role and responsibility of corporations in addressing the challenges of the food system, and how sustainability and health drives innovation.

Michael La Cour (@MichaelIKEAFood) is Managing Director of IKEA Food Services AB.

Richard Perkins is Associate Professor of Environmental Geography at LSE.
